Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a team leader to guide a crew of 10–15 in a busy outdoor car wash environment. You will help ensure exceptional guest experiences, uphold safety, and support daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in leadership, a mechanical mindset, and are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather. The role requires standing long hours, occasional evenings/weekends, and compliance with background checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10-15 employees, fostering teamwork and a positive culture.
• Operate in a fast-paced, structured environment and deliver quality guest service.
• Assist with limited admin tasks and equipment checks.
• Train and develop employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility, landscaping and equipment rooms.
