The ideal candidate has strong supervisory and planning skills, with experience in automotive/high-volume manufacturing and a solid grasp of lean methods and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Supervisory responsibilities including team leadership and performance management.
• Experience with production schedules and production planning to meet targets.
• Background in production management including resource allocation and process oversight.
• Strong communication with team, cross-functional departments and management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety, quality standards and lean/continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze production data, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Automotive or high‑volume manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency standards.
• Coordinate production schedules, assign tasks and monitor workflow to meet output targets and delivery timelines.
• Supervise and coach production team members, resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality and logistics teams; maintain accurate production records; communicate updates and performance metrics to management.
