Glass America in Sacramento, CA is seeking Auto Glass Technicians to replace windshields and window glass in- shop or on site. You will use proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, high‑quality installations and complete required paperwork with a clean driving record.

Role requires 4–6 years of related experience; a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential. The position offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 4-6 years related work experience required.
• Background check, MVR and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Installs auto glass in-shop or on mobile basis.
• Uses proper tools to ensure quality installation.
• Completes paperwork and maintains safe driving record.
• Loads glass and coordinates with Glass America management.
• Provides excellent customer service and follow-up as needed.
