Job summary

Glass America in Laurel, MD is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to replace windshields and windows in vehicles, in-shop or on a mobile basis. You will use proper tools to ensure timely, high-quality installations and complete all required paperwork after service.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods. DOE benefits include comprehensive medical insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe driving record per company policy.
• May perform auto glass repairs as needed.
• Load glass in the truck as needed.
• Communicate any installation issues to the Glass Manager.
• Maintain high levels of quality control and customer service.
