Automotive Detail Foreman

Pay: Starts at $17.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time (40–45 hours/week) | Days Off: Sundays & Tuesdays

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Detail Foreman to lead our detail shop and manage dealership inventory. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who sets the standard for quality, drives efficiency, and keeps our lot retail‑ready. You will lead by example, ensure high detail standards, and oversee the flow of inventory through our department.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, direct, and mentor a team of detailers, fostering a productive and quality‑focused work environment.




• Lead by Example: Perform high-level detail work (interior/exterior, paint correction, prep) while demonstrating proper techniques and safety standards.




• Inventory Management: Oversee dealership lot inventory, prioritizing vehicles for detail, reconditioning, and customer delivery.




• Quality Control: Inspect completed work to guarantee every vehicle meets strict dealership standards before hitting the lot or reaching the customer.




• Workflow Optimization: Coordinate daily tasks to ensure turnaround times are met without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional automotive detailing (Required).


• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a shop setting.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple vehicles daily.


• Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
