Crash Champions is a leading collision repair MSO with a nationwide footprint. We seek skilled body repair technicians to join our fast-growing team and help deliver high-quality service at scale.

Position offers commission/flag-rate pay with a guaranteed minimum, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Compensation ranges from a posted minimum of $65,000 to a maximum of $172,440 per year, reflecting local wage guidelines and performance.

Qualifications

• Frame machine experience required.
• Body repair certification preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Ability to analyze and interpret measuring data.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and efficiently plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with team.
• Performs quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
• Decides between repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery and components to access areas for repair.
• Participates in safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces.
• Directs an apprentice when needed.
