Qualifications

• Uses frame machine and performs body repairs.
• I-CAR welding certification is preferred.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel and evaluate measuring data.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status to team.
• Performs quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replace based on safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery and related components for access.
• Participates in safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces.
• Directs apprentices when needed.
