Job summary

Reliability Professional seeks a Lead Auditor for ISO Management Systems to join a fully remote, project-based engagement in the United States. You will oversee a team of three auditors and conduct internal audits across ISO 9001/14001/45001, coordinating sessions with Zurich and Australia time zones.

Ideal candidates hold a Lead Auditor qualification (IRCA/Exemplar Global or equivalent) and have 3+ audits in the last three years, with strong English skills and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Lead Auditor qualification through IRCA, Exemplar Global, or equivalent.
• At least three audits conducted in the last three years with team lead experience.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a team of three Auditors across their assigned processes and support them where needed.
• Lead opening and closing meetings, presenting findings as preliminary and subject to the audit partner’s validation.
• Conduct the Australia site audit, covering quality, environment, and health and safety.
• Conduct internal (first-party) audits of assigned processes using the audit partner’s checklists, with interviews of up to 3 hours per process.
• Review the team’s findings for quality, evidence, and consistency.
• Deliver the completed checklists and audit report in the partner’s templates within 5 business days of each closing meeting.
• Answer the audit partner’s follow-up questions on findings.
