Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Lead Audit Services Consultant for a remote, US-based position. You will lead audit engagements, assess risks across business, financial, and IT controls, and mentor junior staff while communicating findings to management.

Required CPA/CISA/CIA, 10+ years of audit/IT experience; healthcare industry experience is a plus. Master’s degree preferred and strong knowledge of controls and processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of audit, finance, or IT experience with strong knowledge of risks and controls
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of business processes and IT concepts required
• CPA, CISA, or CIA certification is mandatory

• Lead and manage consulting engagements to assess risks in processes and controls
• Provide advisory services on operational, financial, and technology-related controls
• Conduct audits and special projects to ensure compliance with the annual audit plan

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Audit Services Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide audit consulting engagements that evaluate risks, controls, and compliance across business, financial, and technology processes. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to strengthen control environments, improve operational assurance, and support the annual audit plan. The position also plays an important leadership role in mentoring junior team members and communicating findings to management.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
