Job summary

SECU is seeking an Audio/Video Manager to oversee the day-to-day media production operations, ensuring high-quality, creative, and original content delivered on schedule. You will guide pre-production, production, and post-production activities, aligning with brand standards and strategic marketing goals.

The role requires a lead-or-mentor level experience, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with internal teams and agency partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a creative or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Video Production Environment with 1 year in a lead or mentor role.
• Experience with audio recording, mixing and editing.
• Experience working with video editing software (Adobe Premiere).
• Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, video publishing platforms, and digital asset management systems.
• Working knowledge of motion graphics software (After Effects).
• Travel often required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the complete audio/video process from pre-production planning to final content delivery.
• Manage day-to-day audio/video activity with cross-functional teams and agency partners, ensuring deadlines and brand standards.
• Execute strategic marketing initiatives related to audio/video production and storytelling; lead project briefs, scheduling and reporting.
