Job summary

Showtime Pictures is seeking an experienced Lead Attraction Photographer to oversee the photo capture experience at a high-traffic venue in Baltimore. You will lead the capture process, engage guests with energy, and ensure a memorable photo that reflects our brand.

As the leader in a fast-paced attraction, you will train teammates, manage equipment setup, and communicate daily operations with management. Weekend and holiday availability is required to maintain peak guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an attraction or event photographer (theme parks, tourist sites, or similar).
• Strong communication and crowd management skills — must be comfortable speaking loudly and clearly to groups.
• Outgoing and personable, with excellent guest service and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in high-energy environments.
• Technical understanding of photography equipment and lighting setups preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed.
