Qualifications

• J.D. degree required and admitted to practice in Texas.
• Experience advocating for crime victims; familiarity with domestic violence and sexual assault preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
• Ability to present training to lawyers, judges, and law enforcement.
• Proficiency with legal software and videoconferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to attorneys and advocates on the Crime Victims Litigation team.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff.
• Mentor staff and build team cohesion.
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements and reporting.
• Provide legal advice, referrals, and court representation as needed.
• Conduct research, investigations, and draft legal documents.
