Diamond Parking in Seattle is seeking a Lead Attendant to supervise valet operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and manage daily revenue and safety compliance. Reports To: Supervisor / City Manager / Area Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Work Schedule: Required to work during normal business hours. Any overtime must be pre-approved.
Work Location: In-person onsite at assigned facility
The Lead Attendant is responsible for overseeing valet parking services at assigned stations, lots, or facilities. This role ensures customer service excellence, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety regulations while managing revenue collection, staff supervision, and daily operations.
