Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a shipping associate to manually transport product, pallets, and cages, and to handle required paperwork and cooler inventory. You will work under minimal supervision, lead by example, and ensure safety policies are followed in a fast‑paced environment.
The role requires 1 year of shipping experience, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and extended shifts, with a strong work ethic and honesty. Equal opportunity employer.
Primarily responsible for manually transporting product, pallets, cages, etc. as needed for shipping, processing required paperwork and conducting Cooler inventory. Work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
