About this job

The Financial Services Data as a Service (DaaS) Research Team delivers support and insights related to raw datasets used by the investing community, including Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Pension Funds, and Quantitative Funds. We analyze data to produce actionable insights for our clients.

In this role, you will support clients using our datasets, analyze data, and deliver insights focused on Private Equity. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, communicating directly with clients, and solving problems across the data stack.

Responsibilities

• Support raw datasets, including data trial support for prospects and clients
• Engage with clients to explain datasets and insights
• Understand drivers of company performance and analyze e-commerce data for marketing insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree
• At least 5 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or brand strategy
• Experience with Private Equity and Brand Corporate Development teams
• Knowledge of Python, R, SAS, MATLAB, SQL, or relational databases (preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Enthusiasm for learning and simplifying complex concepts

Additional Information

The salary range is $130,000 - $140,000, depending on experience and location. The role may include bonuses and other benefits.
