Job summary

ProLogistix in Greencastle, PA is hiring Warehouse Lead Associates for day and night shifts. Day shift pays $22.00/hour and runs 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Sunday to Wednesday, and 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Thursday-Saturday.

Night shift pays $23.00/hour with similar hours 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM. As a Warehouse Lead and Forklift Operator you will perform cycle counts, audits, staging, onboarding support, and help with clock-in procedures, working with English/Creole/French speakers.

Qualifications

• Must speak English, Creole, or French.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Conduct accurate audits and tote induction.
• Stage products for outbound shipment.
• Assist with translations during orientations and daily communication; explain clock-in/clock-out procedures; verify weekend timekeeping.
• Support new hires with onboarding for a smooth start.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Lead Associate and a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:
