Responsibilities

• Oversees non-nursing tasks performed by Resident Assistants (cleaning, meals, etc.).
• Conducts daily activities for residents, including small group or one-on-one sessions.
• Visits room-bound tenants for interaction and engagement.
• Prepares meals for residents and manages related tasks.
• Communicates professionally with residents, staff, families and visitors.
• Onboards and trains new staff in coordination with RN Director.
• Coordinates scheduling, timecards and inventory of supplies.
