A leading accounting firm located in Cincinnati is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee the day-to-day general ledger activities and manage the month-end close process. This role involves assigning account reconciliations, preparing reporting packages for senior management, and providing support and coaching for team members. Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, 2+ years of management experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting and financial processes (forecasting & budgeting, financial closures, reporting).

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day general ledger activities and all aspects of the month-end close process.
• Ensure team deadlines are met in accordance with month-end processes.
• Assign and manage account reconciliations and analysis.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
