Partner with the best

As Lead Asset & Inventory Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing the product line asset utilization and inventory levels. This will include creating and implementing utilization strategies that are aligned with the OFS headquarter materials management strategies.

In this role, you'll also be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring OFS inventory and asset policies and processes are implemented and being followed
  2. Monitoring inventory levels and working to ensure weekly increases or decreases align with the business, so that monthly and annual inventory goals are met
  3. Reviewing Slow Moving Inventory (SMI) with regions and involving other functional groups to reduce SMI risk
  4. Working with materials planners to create the net demand plan
  5. Developing and implementing stocking strategies for local providers
  6. Phasing in new product inventory and developing plans for managing replaced inventory
  7. Working with the AMO organization to ensure spare parts and asset demands are captured and delivery times are aligned with the business
  8. Collaborating with material planners to ensure new assets, repaired assets, and spares are captured within the S&OP process
  9. Coordinating across countries and regions to ensure assets are available to meet customer needs
  10. Developing spare parts distribution strategies to support asset repairs

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

  1. Have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
  2. Have experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management
  3. Have deep knowledge of SAP and MRP functionality
  4. Have the ability to work with and influence stakeholders
