Qualifications

• 10+ years in investment research, portfolio management, or asset allocation with cross-asset expertise.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; CFA/CFP/CAIA preferred.
• Active Series 7, S63/S66 and S65 or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide asset allocation thought leadership with the Global Asset Allocation Committee.
• Develop strategic and tactical asset allocation solutions for various investor objectives.
• Collaborate with investment, planning, retirement, policy and platform teams to align guidance and requirements.
• Synthesize research into actionable portfolio construction insights and capital market assumptions.
• Advance quantitative frameworks for risk/return forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Lead strategic projects to expand research capabilities and influence.
• Support publications, advisor engagement, client requests, and thought leadership.
