Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment; 2 years of complex assembly or related experience.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Uses work instructions, drawings, and schematics to perform assembly in a safe, quality-focused manner.
• Cross trains in multiple assembly areas and flex to other departments as needed.
• Develops understanding of products and their impact on the business.
• Participates in team meetings to share information and resolve issues.
• Lead problem solving and countermeasure implementation with peers or supervisors.
• Accesses ERP system to retrieve information and perform transactions.
