Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or technical degree preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, production systems).
• Hydro Testing Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise assembly line team members to meet production goals.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing employees.
• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments (quality, maintenance, logistics) to improve processes.
• Track and report production metrics, downtime, and performance.
