Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–5 years in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; good written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of lean practices and continuous improvement tools; able to mentor peers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, output and on-time delivery targets.
• Identify material/capacity constraints, chase shortages, expedite and prioritize tasks.
• Lead daily production meetings and publish metrics; assist with training of staff.
• Ensure ERP transactions reflect physical material movement and cycle counts.
