Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Assembler III for our Griffin, Georgia facility. This role will assemble and inspect components, train teammates, and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

You will participate in final assembly, documentation, and product presentation prior to shipment. The ideal candidate will read blueprints, use hand and power tools, and work effectively within a team in a heavy‑duty manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand written work instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components for assembly.
• Assemble parts according to SOPs, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Perform final assembly and inspection prior to shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support efficiency.
• Train and support team members in assembly processes.
