Job summary

CRH's APAC-Kansas, Inc., Shears Construction, is seeking an Asphalt Plant Foreperson to oversee manufacturing, safety, and production excellence at our Kansas facility. You will lead teams, manage scheduling, and ensure quality and on-time delivery for diverse projects.

  • Pay - $24-30/hr. depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of asphalt manufacturing operations, ensuring a safe, productive, and efficient environment.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform tasks involving physical agility.
