• Ensure quality control on all work performed.

Skills

Experience in asphalt paving, patching, or related work

Leadership experience

Knowledge of asphalt processes, materials, and equipment

Ability to read grades, plans, and layouts

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
