Job summary

You will independently contribute to complex chip architectures, manage a small technical team, and maintain strong relationships with Draper and customers to meet execution goals and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Experience leading ASIC hardware projects and translating requirements into designs.
• Ability to write detailed design specifications and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and simulate transistor-level circuits to meet architecture specs.
• Lead and mentor a small technical team and coordinate with customers.
• Develop, document, and teach best practices; drive reliability and qualification.
• Coordinate with wafer fabrication, assembly, and test sites; drive program milestones.
