Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required (Mechanical or Chemical preferred).
• MS or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in drug product experience in a biotherapeutics cGMP environment.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead capital projects and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver process engineering specifications and data sheets.
• Assess vendor competency, review bid documents, and manage project execution.
• Coordinate C&Q testing readiness and startup activities.
• Mentor engineering team to build talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with MSAT, Facilities, Quality, Procurement and E&PS.
