Job summary

Fred Anderson Automotive Group is seeking Experienced Automotive Technicians to join our expanding team. We offer competitive compensation, paid training, and strong growth opportunities within a family-owned organization with a long history in the Southeast.

Ideal candidates will perform factory scheduled maintenance, diagnose vehicles, test drive to identify issues, and communicate effectively with service advisors. A valid license and 2–3 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

2-3 years of technician experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
ASE certifications preferred or required per role.

Responsibilities

Perform factory scheduled maintenance and follow manufacturer repair and diagnostic procedures.
Test drive vehicles to identify concerns or issues.
Communicate with service advisors about repairs and additional needs for vehicle.
Perform high-quality, professional presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
Work as a team with service department professionals.
Participate in training to advance knowledge of vehicle systems.
Stay up to date on products and vehicle maintenance requirements.
Provide excellent service experience to every customer.
