Job summary

The role leads the design, build, and administration of programs that support academic success, student engagement, belonging, and persistence for CCC students outside the classroom.

As a build role, this position establishes tutoring, honor society, alumni mentorship, and student organizations strategies aligned with Vanderbilt policy, with first outcomes

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Two+ years in higher education, student affairs, or student success.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and assess student success initiatives.
• Ability to build new programs and manage budgets and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee tutoring and academic support programs.
• Develop and manage the Alumni Mentorship and Honor Society programs.
• Coordinate student engagement, leadership development, and belonging initiatives.
• Advise student organizations with governance, recognition, and policies.
• Collaborate with campus partners to ensure alignment with policies and outcomes.
