Qualifications

• Licensed architect and registered to practice in California.
• Experience leading design and construction of community projects across K-12, Higher Education and Civic.
• Mentor teams and foster cross-office collaboration.
• Proven ability to win new work and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of community-based buildings with partners.
• Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for Southern California.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain studio profitability.
• Foster leadership and team development across offices.
