Job summary

Based at Round Rock, TX or Hopkinton, MA, the role involves hands-on work at Dell facilities and customer data centers, partnering with engineering SMEs and partner providers to enable full solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on experience with system-level architecture and integration of rack-scale or data center solutions across compute, mechanical, thermal, software, and diagnostics.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with manufacturability and factory enablement for large-scale production.

Responsibilities

• Design and define system-level requirements for complex L11 rack-scale AI solutions, integrating Dell IP and partner IP into a cohesive, deployable rack.
• Coordinate design and integration of subsystems into complete rack-level systems that meet performance, quality, and manufacturability requirements.
• Ensure manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability of rack designs, including factory enablement for large-scale production.
• Engage with customer teams to plan and prepare for large-scale AI deployments.
• Outline benchmarking, testing, and analysis across development phases; diagnose issues and document results.
