Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 8+ years of application development experience in financial services technology including Lending, Collections, Online banking servicing, and account originations.
• Deep technical experience with Oracle Banking Platform.
• Strong experience with Microservices, WebMethods, DataPower, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Docker, Jenkins, GIT, Eclipse, Java, SOAP, REST and SAML.
• Experience with security, role and permission implementation for lending systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own, oversee, and drive development strategy for environments, applications, or platforms.
• Develop and set best practices; perform code reviews.
• Architect health, performance, availability, and user experience across environments.
• Serve as technical expert; mentor junior engineers.
