Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Expert Architect for Enterprise Data & AI Platforms to lead architecture and governance across data, AI, and cloud-native platforms.

You will align technology strategy with business needs, partnering with Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and AI teams to drive scalable, secure solutions. This role focuses on data and AI platform modernization, model integration, governance, security, and cost management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years designing and implementing enterprise-scale data architectures across cloud/data platforms, data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML.
• 3+ years leading architecture for large-scale platform modernization or GenAI/Agentic AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology architecture for Enterprise Data, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
• Guide Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native architecture across deployments.
• Design AI/ML solutions including model integration, agent orchestration, and governance.
• Guide architecture across enterprise data and AI platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) including data ingestion, storage, analytics, and security.
• Apply DevOps practices across CI/CD, IaC, testing, release management, and secure delivery.
