Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. seeks a Lead Architect - ATF/DTC to guide the architectural team through design and construction, interfacing daily with the Client, Discipline Leads, and Exyte Management.

You will coordinate internal stakeholders, QA/QC, and project teams to deliver complex design solutions. You will bring 10+ years of architectural experience, a professional license (AIA), and strong expertise in Advanced Technology Facilities or Datacenters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• Master's degree in Architecture preferred.
• Architectural License (AIA) required.
• NCARB Certificate preferred.
• 10+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience working on Advanced Technology Facilities (Semiconductor) or Datacenters (DTC).
• Experience executing projects utilizing Autodesk Building System Software.
• Experience with Design-Build a plus.
• Experience managing teams utilizing Autodesk Building Systems Software; Design-Build experience a plus.
• Experience in global teams and/or multi-office project execution is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops Architectural Designers in all processes/procedures/standards.
• Coordinates, guides, and oversees the team to achieve the correct technical solutions to difficult design and client problems.
• Reviews architectural drawings for completeness, constructability, and coordination.
• Collaborates with design and technical teams while supporting or leading the development of design deliverables from studies to Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications.
• Maintains primary accountability for all architectural designs, sharing design responsibility.
• Mentors Interns and junior members of project teams.
• Participates in the development of office standards and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Lead Architect - ATF or DTC is responsible for working with multiple stakeholders and guide the architectural team during the design/construction process. The Lead Architect will have three main customers: the Client, Discipline Design Leads, and Exyte Management team. Will interface daily primarily with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to: Project Management Team, Architects, Design Leads, QA/QC Manager, and the Architectural Discipline Lead.
