Qualifications

• 6–8 years hands-on ML/AI engineering with production experience.
• Proven ability to build multi-agent systems and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect & build end-to-end multi-agent systems from scratch.
• Develop agent tools and skills for complex tasks.
• Implement context memory and state management for agents.
• Deploy low-latency agent systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Apply MLOps: CI/CD, monitoring, and reliability.
• Integrate LLMs as core reasoning engines with RAG/PEFT.
• Create libraries of agent APIs, queries, and tool integrations.
• Design and test RAG systems using vector databases.
• Ensure tool reliability and robust error handling.
• Establish observability and performance KPIs for production use.
• Use LangSmith/Arize or similar for tracing decisions.
