Saarthee is seeking a Principal Architect for Agentic AI in Application Maintenance Services to lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI for application support and operations. Qualifications
- 12+ years in application support, SRE, or solution architecture.
- Experience leading architects, AI engineers, and application teams.
- Strong ITSM, SRE, and enterprise integration background.
Responsibilities
- Define roadmaps for routing, triage, and knowledge agents across the lifecycle.
- Architect governed knowledge bases with runbooks, incidents, RCA records.
- Define tool contracts for ticketing and change workflows with access tiers.
- Set least-privilege, data masking, and prompt-injection controls.
- Build datasets from history and plan observability and staged rollout.
- Define cross-team responsibilities and align adoption with MTTR metrics.
