We are seeking a Lead Archaeologist to join our team at the Louisville, Kentucky office. Other locations considered include Kansas City, MO and Providence, RI. The role involves managing heritage and cultural resource projects, directing field teams, developing research designs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, or related fields, with 7-10+ years of relevant experience, especially in CRM archaeology within the Midwest or Southeast regions. Strong project management, client engagement, and technical skills are essential. Occasional travel may be required.
