The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, or related fields, with 7-10+ years of relevant experience, especially in CRM archaeology within the Midwest or Southeast regions. Strong project management, client engagement, and technical skills are essential. Occasional travel may be required.
