Job summary

Esri is seeking an experienced Instructor to empower our customers with ArcGIS software through hands-on training, interactive instructions, and engaging activities. You will partner with organizations to expand ArcGIS use and demonstrate the strategic impact of GIS programs across industries including Public Safety and Health and Human Services.

Responsibilities include delivering training in person, virtually, and in hybrid formats; guiding sustainable GIS workflows; expanding ArcGIS adoption;

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience leveraging Esri software
• 5 years in ArcGIS Enterprise or Enterprise Geodatabases
• 2 years in classroom facilitation and instructional delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, CS, Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

• Grow user skills through in-person, virtual and hybrid training formats to enhance ArcGIS proficiency
• Ensure sustainable GIS workflows by guiding design and implementation and delivering workshops
• Expand ArcGIS adoption by identifying use cases and tailoring solutions for customers
• Communicate GIS impact with compelling narratives and visuals, coordinating with content creation teams
