Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily tree care operations including pruning, removal, cabling, and bracing
  • Perform advanced climbing, rigging, and aerial lift work using industry-standard safety procedures
  • Supervise and mentor tree care crews, ensuring proper technique, productivity, and professionalism
  • Conduct job site evaluations and hazard assessments prior to work commencement
  • Communicate with clients and project managers to ensure satisfaction and clear expectations
  • Maintain and operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently
  • Promote and model a culture of safety and environmental respect
  • Assist in training team members in safe practices and technical skills
  • Stay current on best practices and innovations in arboriculture
Qualifications:
  • Required: Certified Arborist (ISA)
  • 3+ years of professional experience in arboriculture, including climbing and crew leadership
  • Proficiency in rigging, pruning, removals, and aerial lift operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret tree risk assessments
  • Physical stamina to work in all weather conditions and lift heavy equipment
  • Should provide own climbing gear
  • Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • $30-$45/hour based on experience

Work Schedule:
  • Full-Time, Monday to Friday
