Job summary

Mayvin is seeking an experienced Application & Web Support Lead to oversee application sustainment and web services supporting the U.S. Army Transportation Command’s global IT environment.

This position will lead the development, maintenance, testing, and modernization of SharePoint Online, web applications, and other mission-support systems. The Application & Web Support Lead will coordinate with Government stakeholders and technical teams to deliver secure, reliable, and user-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, information technology, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting SharePoint Online, custom web applications, workflows, dashboards, permissions, and content management.
• Experience diagnosing software defects, deploying code corrections, and managing application configurations.
• Experience with application development, automation, system integration, data analytics, and workflow modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead application development, sustainment, maintenance, and modernization activities.
• Manage SharePoint Online and designated web applications.
• Coordinate application enhancements, releases, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Oversee secure coding, software testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Maintain application availability, performance, security, and user accessibility.
• Support RMF documentation and system Authorization to Operate requirements.
• Manage application vulnerabilities, patches, security controls, and remediation activities.
• Coordinate requirements with Government stakeholders, users, cybersecurity teams, and infrastructure personnel.
• Maintain source code, technical documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage application interfaces, integrations, databases, and dependencies.
• Prioritize support requests, development tasks, and emerging mission requirements.
• Report application status, risks, outages, performance issues, and corrective actions to Government stakeholders.
