CHS Career Site in Franklin, TN seeks an Applications Engineer, Specialist who leads design, development, and optimization for complex enterprise applications and healthcare integration ecosystems. You will drive automation, scalability, and innovation while aligning with architecture standards, data security, and compliance.

You will mentor engineers, partner with architecture, security, and infrastructure teams, and implement robust data pipelines, interfaces, and deployment improvements

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/CS/Software Engineering or equivalent
• 8–10 years of experience in application engineering or related IT field

Responsabilidades

• Architects, configures, and maintains large-scale applications with advanced integration requirements
• Leads system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning initiatives
• Partners with architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure technical alignment
• Drives automation, scripting, and deployment improvements across environments
• Establishes standards and documentation to guide enterprise application practices
• Mentors engineers and serve as a resource for resolving complex technical challenges
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance
• Complies with all policies and standards
