Job summary

Mercy is seeking a seasoned data systems professional to design, develop, and implement data warehouse solutions. The role requires eight years of experience, strong SQL/data profiling skills, and familiarity with Oracle, Linux/UNIX, IBM DataStage, and Java/Spring.

You will work across the SDLC, craft documentation, and help train users during conversions and deployments. The successful candidate will have experience with Agile methodologies and data modeling, plus a Bachelor's degree or

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Eight (8) years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Experience with data warehouse development using SQL, Oracle, Linux/UNIX, IBM DataStage, and/or Java.
• Data profiling and data analysis with SQL.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Kanban) and full SDLC.

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience

Experience

• Eight (8) years of relevant technical or business work experience
• Experience in data warehouse development using at least some of the following tools SQL, Oracle, Linux/UNIX, IBM DataStage (Infosphere), and/or Java (Spring)
• Basic experience with data modeling including entity relationship and dimensional models
• Data profiling and data analysis with SQL
• Experience with agile project methodologies including Agile, SCRUM, and Kanban.
• Extensive experience along the full software development life cycle
• Extensive experience applying code management principles
