CVS Health is hiring a Staff Application Security Engineer - Threat Research to strengthen security across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will partner with engineering teams to embed security in the software development lifecycle, perform assessments, and drive threat research and secure design.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to security automation, and help shape the organization’s security posture through scalable solutions and proactive defense.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in application security or related roles.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with security assessments and threat modeling.

Responsibilities

• Secure development lifecycle and secure coding practices.
• Conduct threat research and vulnerability analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement security controls.
