Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience in relevant domain.
• Experience architecting and implementing enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of governance, data integration, BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support and incident resolution.
• Resolve production issues by root cause analysis.
• Define, design and develop enterprise solutions to improve customer experience.
• Establish standards and governance for solution architecture.
• Collaborate with IDS teams and vendors on roadmaps.
