TASQ is seeking a senior/consultant application engineer to work remotely from the Philippines, with a full-time schedule from 5 PM to 1 AM local time. The role emphasizes Azure-based projects, cloud-native development, and a strong client service culture.

You will develop frontend and backend components, design cloud architectures, and participate in consulting engagements related to Microsoft Azure projects, leveraging our global partnerships and remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of application development experience with Python, C#/.NET, Angular, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven ability to design cloud architectures using PaaS, containers, and serverless tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end and cloud-native applications using modern JS/TS frameworks.
• Design and implement cloud architectures and services with Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Engage in consulting projects and collaborate with clients to deliver solutions.
• Contribute to OOAD, design patterns, and DevOps practices in delivery.

• Hands-on coding skills with the ability to design complex cloud architectures
• Previous experience working in a consulting environment
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) and Design Patterns
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Interest or experience in Mobile, IoT, and Blockchain applications
