Job summary

Mr. Appliance in Florida is seeking a Lead Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose and repair appliances, lead a team of technicians, and deliver exceptional customer service while sharing knowledge with peers.

You will teach and mentor others, ensure accurate maintenance reports, and maintain strong communication with the office and customers. No nights or weekends; ongoing training and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Four years or more in appliance repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with the customer, and collecting payments.
• Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances.
• Serve as a resource and technical support for the team.
• Effectively communicate with the office.
• Handle Customer Service Escalations
