Job summary

Mr. Appliance is seeking a Lead Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose, repair and lead a team of technicians while delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll guide junior technicians, communicate clearly with customers, and ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time.

No nights or weekends; paid training and opportunities to advance. Commission on service calls, company vehicle, iPad, and benefits after 90 days are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a technical, electrical, or service industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous appliance repair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair home appliances and provide cost estimates.
• Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to diagnose and repair appliances.
• Serve as a technical resource and support for the team.
• Communicate effectively with the office and customers.
