Job summary

Mr. Appliance of Golden and Lakewood is seeking a Lead Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose and repair home appliances, estimate costs, and guide a team of technicians.

You will be the face of the company, delivering excellent customer service and training peers in best practices. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and prior appliance repair experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Four years of appliance repair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, provide cost estimates, communicate with the customer, and collect payments.
• Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances.
• Serve as a resource and technical support for the team.

Your Responsibilities As Lead Appliance Technician

As a Lead Appliance Repair Technician, you are a key component in providing excellent customer service to our customers and our team of Appliance Repair Technicians.

Here Are Your Primary Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with the customer, and collecting payments.
• Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances.
• Serve as a resource and technical support for the team.
• Effectively communicate with the office.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Previous experience of four years or more in appliance repair is a plus!

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on your experience in appliance repair. You also will have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.
