Mr. Appliance in Framingham, MA is seeking a Lead Appliance Repair Technician who enjoys teaching others and guiding a team of technicians. You will diagnose and repair home appliances, provide estimates, and communicate with customers on site.

You’ll lead the service crew, share knowledge, and ensure first-time fixes. This role offers ongoing training via the Mr. Appliance Academy, a company vehicle and iPad, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience of four years or more in appliance repair is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with the customer, and collecting payments.
• Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances.
• Serve as a resource and technical support for the team.
• Effectively communicate with the office.
